Love the idea. Would it be possible to post some clear close-up pics of the installation on a bike and of the 3D-printed parts? This would be helpful for people (like me) who are not sure if the kit would adapt to their bike.

The box which holds the servo, battery and Arduino is the same on both bikes, but as you can see they're mounted on different locations on the bikes.

Bodo, have you looked in the section Downloads->Installation Files? There is the pdf called "components list", everything you need is in there along with website suggestions on where to buy parts. But almost everything is standard, you can buy the parts at any shop of your choice.

What exactly would you want pictures of (same question for Richard12). I'll do my best to take some. Is it the PCB? The assembly in the box? The hardware of the bicycle?
